Meet Susan Kay, a local owner
I was born and raised in rural New Albany Ohio. It is hard to believe now, New Albany was once a small farming community. As a little girl we often had company in our home on Saturday evenings, so Saturday was cleaning day. My mother wrote the names of the various rooms of our home on paper, folded them and placed them in a bowl for my sister and I to pick. It was a fun way to keep from arguing over our chores. The best part was the reward of going out for lunch or shopping after our work was done. My mother can take the credit for the success of EBS. The truth is, I enjoy cleaning and enjoy inspiring others in our work. After all, we get ready for your guests every day.
Over the past 36 years, I have had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies, prominent names like The Columbus Dispatch, Riverside Hospital, and The Columbus Zoo to name a few. Through working with some very fine companies, we have developed a high level of professionalism. Still, I treasure being a “home grown” business and endeavor to bring a personal touch into a professional world. I am grateful for the last 36 years and proud of the niche we fill in the Columbus area.
